 Adviser Support – Edinburgh



 Basic to £26,000 plus full benefits



 My client is a highly reputable Independent Financial Practice based in Edinburgh; the practice has expanded significantly over the past few of years and is now looking to recruit an Adviser Support Administrator.



 Key Responsibilities



     

  •   To provide pre and post sales support to the Financial Advisers whilst ensuring that all new business documentation is accurate and processed and completed accurately.

  •  

  •   Building and maintaining excellent client relationships

  •  

  •   Processing new business

  •  

  •   Maintaining client records/servicing clients

  •  

  •   Adhere to firms compliance procedures



 Skills, Knowledge and Experience



     

  •   The role is suitable for an experienced Adviser Support Administrator with at least 2 years experience in the Financial Services industry while preferably holding or studying for appropriate qualifications i.e CF1-3; FA1-3 or equivalent

  •  

  •   Good interpersonal and communication skills

  •  

  •   Ability to respond quickly to situations as they arise and remain focused

  •  

  •   Flexible attitude to work using own initiative in a range of situations but also enjoy working within a team

  •  

  •   Excellent levels of accuracy

  •  

  •   All round technical knowledge within the financial management industry
