Adviser Support – Edinburgh
Basic to £26,000 plus full benefits
My client is a highly reputable Independent Financial Practice based in Edinburgh; the practice has expanded significantly over the past few of years and is now looking to recruit an Adviser Support Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
To provide pre and post sales support to the Financial Advisers whilst ensuring that all new business documentation is accurate and processed and completed accurately. Building and maintaining excellent client relationships Processing new business Maintaining client records/servicing clients Adhere to firms compliance procedures
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
The role is suitable for an experienced Adviser Support Administrator with at least 2 years experience in the Financial Services industry while preferably holding or studying for appropriate qualifications i.e CF1-3; FA1-3 or equivalent Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to respond quickly to situations as they arise and remain focused Flexible attitude to work using own initiative in a range of situations but also enjoy working within a team Excellent levels of accuracy All round technical knowledge within the financial management industry
