Area Manager - Personal Financial Planning - London
Basic to £55,000 plus full benefits
Our client is one of the UK’s largest banks; they are currently recruiting for an Area Manager based in London.
The role will be to lead, coach, develop and motivate a team of Financial Planning Advisers to deliver and exceed performance objectives whilst putting customers and their interests at the heart of all activity and meeting the standards within the Training and Competence Scheme.
Implement coaching and development activities to ensure that the customer always receives a fair outcome in line with TCF principles. Manage all new entrant development to ensure they progress effectively against 'learning curve' expectations and achieve CAS status within required timescales. Ensure that training and Competence activities are carried out and documented to agreed standards
You must have:-
Full CFP (or equivalent) qualified
Minimum 6 months post - "Competent Advisory/Supervisor Status”.
Proven coaching, leadership and development skills
Proven track record in regulated financial services or other relevant experience in the financial services industry
Good knowledge of general investment and financial services products
Effective presentation and communication skills
Computer literate.
Knowledge of and ability to apply compliance issues relating to regulated sales.
Proven track record of consistently achieving across a balanced business scorecard.
Proven ability to drive high performing team through fully developed people and performance management skills.
Driving licence (no more than 6 current points).
