Employee Benefit Administrator
Negotiable salary depending on experience.
Liaise with clients, consultants and insurers to provide a full admin support service on Group Personal Pension, Stakeholder, Group Life Assurance, Group Permanent Health Insurance schemes, SIPP, Keyperson and Shareholder Protection.
To deliver day to day Scheme administration functions in accordance with Client Specific Service Agreements.
Prepare accurate contribution schedules for corporate clients, ensuring they comply with reporting regulations and are provided to clients within regulatory timescales.
Process new entrants, leavers, retirement cases, transfers and death claims from schemes.
Produce illustrations and new entrant packs.
Prepare illustrations and process new SIPP applications through to policy document issue.
Liaise with Pension Trustees and consultants to prepare valuations, provide admin support for investment advice within the pension department and other pension admin support.
Prepare illustrations and process Keyman, Shareholder Protection applications through to policy document issue.
General office duties.
