Mortgage Manager – Bank – Dartford, Kent
Basic to £31,000 plus full benefits and bonus (OTE£70,000)
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within one of the world’s largest financial services organisations. Your role as a Mortgage Manager will be the provision of qualityprofessional mortgage advice to both new and existing customers.
Working closely with the staff to generate new business you will therefore require a degree of relationship management skills. Conduct structured Mortgage sales interviews, identifying customer needs and priorities so that they are always offered best advice and excellent service. This is a customer-facing sales role in which you'll achieve and exceed targets by providing appropriate, understandable advice and building relationships with customers.
You will hold CFP 1 & 6 or full CeMAP or MAQ or full FPC with Bridge, as well as current Registered Mortgage Advisor Status (RMA Status).
Previous direct customer contact in a mortgage or financial services environment is essential.
Relevant product knowledge and general knowledge of the mortgage process.
Strong planning and organising skills.
Ability to work both as part of a team and on your own, to adapt to new situations and use your initiative.
