Senior Financial Advisor / IFA | Client Bank Provided | to Negotiable basic + full benefits + bonus OTE £100k

An opportunity has arisen within a highly reputable and progressive firm for a Senior Independent Financial Adviser to join one of their practices in West Sussex, on a full-time basis. Responsible of servicing an established client base of around 350 active clients and £100m of assets and developing new business opportunities by providing holistic financial planning. Full paraplanning, back office and central hub support provided. The successful candidate will be proactive and personable in their approach to advising clients.

The successful candidates should have:

A proven track record and previous industry experience.

Commitment to providing holistic advice to clients accompanied by the highest level of service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A sound technical knowledge across all areas of financial planning

A diploma qualification in Financial Advice

Achieved, or working towards Chartered Financial Planner status

The ability to be involved in business development as well as being responsible for maintaining effective relationships with existing clients

This will suit an individual who is looking for fresh challenges and a desire to help build a growing business. The successful candidate will be expected to manage an existing book of business, in addition to being proactive in generating new business, which will be rewarded accordingly.
