The company have developed some of the most exciting financial services products in the UK by putting the investor at the heart of everything they do. Their financial planning service covers pensions, wealth management, ISA and protection products. The role is to manage, deliver and improve the administrative side of their client’s annual review of investments. You will be responsible for: -
Generating investment review reports on provider platforms and sending to clients
Inputting investment details into the CRM system, generating and checking the annual review report figures and sending to clients.
Managing clients over the phone to book appointments with financial advisers and dealing with non-advice queries and issues
Provide administrative support to financial advisers relating to annual reviews
Recording, updating and managing all client details in the CRM system
Creating Fund switch opportunities on the CRM and assisting the Paraplanning team with obtaining the necessary information needed from providers.
Experience & Skills
Strong attention to detail
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), including customer service
Experience with CRM systems and strong technology skills
Enthusiasm to grow with business in an ambitious company
Good financial and mathematical literacy
A financial services qualification is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of pensions
Eagerness to get involved with other tasks where necessary
