Our Client is a wealth management firm who provide holistic wealth management services to private clients. Their services include personalised investment portfolio management and financial planning advice. They are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to work closely with a team of financial planners in their London office.
Managing clients over the phone to book appointments with financial advisers and dealing with non-advice queries and issues.Provide administrative support to new clients.Booking appointments for clients with document signing agents.Processing new client packs (scanning, uploading and inputting information into the CRM system).Sending Letters of Authority to pension providers and chasing information from pension providers, processing information when received back in-house.Recording, updating and managing all client details in the bespoke CRM system.Sending pension statements to clientsAssisting Operations Manager with other ad-hoc duties.Assisting Paraplanner with ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Experience & Skills
Minimum two years of pensions and investment experienceMust be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), including customer service.Experience with CRM systems and strong technology skillsGood financial services and mathematical literacyFinancial services qualification is desirable but not essential
